The Stephenville Lightning have announced an update to their organizational structure as preparations continue for the 2026–27 Central West Senior Hockey League season.
Danny Stapleton will serve as team president and equipment manager, while Kelly Stapleton has been named second vice-president. Dianne Snow will continue as secretary, with Tracy Easton overseeing public relations and social media.
Nathan White has been appointed general manager and will be joined in hockey operations by assistant general manager Cory Perrier. Terry Alexander will represent the Stephenville Lightning at the CWSHL table as the organization’s territorial player representative.
The team has also confirmed Brian Joy as trainer, Kara Barry as registered massage therapist and Griffin Chaisson as assistant equipment manager.
Several game-night roles have also been filled. Max Chambers will oversee ticket operations, Wally Childs will provide commentary and Chaisson will handle in-arena music.
The Lightning are continuing to accept expressions of interest for a number of vacant positions, including vice-president, treasurer, volunteer facilitator, head coach, assistant coach and head of volunteers.
Community members interested in filling one of the available positions or assisting as game-night volunteers are asked to submit their name, the role in which they are interested and a brief explanation of how they could contribute to the organization.
All staff members and volunteers must complete a criminal record check and vulnerable sector check. Submitted checks must have been completed within the previous three months.
